Fall 2018 Newsletter Available Now

We are pleased to be able to share our latest newsletter with you.

It has been a busy few months since our last newsletter in the Winter of 2017. Mamow Ahyamowen has completed the community opt-in process for our analysis of mortality and chronic diseases present at the time of death. We were pleased that 59 of the 74 communities we serve chose to participate in this first analysis. We have not started that analysis and look forward to releasing results in 2019. We were invited to speak at the Indigenous Health Conference and Public Health 2018 hosted by the Canadian Public Health Association. We developed our logo and visual identity for the partnership. We received good news about a couple of modest funding applications we had submitted. We also worked to develop this website.
