Deeper Dive into Indigenous Health Data and Research Related Topics with ICES

December 2021

During the Indigenous Health Data Training Program, we received feedback that there was interest in taking a deeper dive into Indigenous Health Data and research-related topics.

With that feedback, ICES expanded the Indigenous Health Data training Program to include a few Special Topic Sessions.

These sessions started in December and was open to past and present participants of the Indigenous Health Data Training Program and Mamow Ahyamowen. Robyn Rowe kicked off the first session and shared a well-attended presentation on Governance & Indigenous Sovereignty.

In January, we will have a presentation by Jennifer Walker on Research design and Methodologies, and in March, Maureen Gustafson will take a deeper dive into Knowledge Translation Tools.
